Fire Chief
The Corinth-Shiloh Fire Department, operating under a special purpose tax district, seeks an outstanding teambuilding leader to be our next Fire Chief. We are currently operating as a volunteer organization transitioning to a combination. The successful candidate has served in multiple fire service functions and roles with a track record of role modeling a passion for their work, and advocacy for best practices in staff recruitment and retention, as well as acquisition and access to equipment, technology and training. The community and volunteers desires their next Fire Chief to be a strong, consistent leader with abilities in energizing the department, continuously seeking performance excellence while leveraging resources. The next Fire Chief will be engaged within the department, the volunteer and be visible to the community while meeting the safety needs of the District.
Job Application Process

Round 1 interviews: October 11, 2025-October 20, 2025.
Round 2 in person interviews: November 12, 13 or 14, 2025
